Our role in this $30 million project encompassed master planning and concept design, where we envisioned a dynamic space that combines commercial and residential elements, offering the community a modern and convenient lifestyle.

The project site spans 9614sqm and boasts a well-balanced zoning plan:

An Urban Oasis Takes Shape
Sandridge Shopping Central is set to include a supermarket and retail center, complemented by six double-storey apartments and a spacious car park. This comprehensive development is a testament to the thoughtful design and planning that went into creating an urban oasis in East Bunbury.

The project received in-principle approval from the Bunbury City Council in March 2015, paving the way for commercial development that would energize the community. Final approval is a testament to the project’s potential to revitalize and uplift the East Bunbury neighborhood.
